Holiday 2007: Orders placed prior to 10:00 A.M. EST on Wednesday December 19th can reach most continental U.S. locations on Monday December 24th using our standard ground shipping rates. For orders placed after 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday December 19th that are to be delivered on the 24th, expedited shipping is available for orders placed on Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon December 21st.

For the New Year's holiday, orders placed prior to 10:00 A.M. EST on Wednesday December 26th can reach most continental U.S. locations on Monday December 31st using our standard ground shipping rates. For orders placed after 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday December 26th that are to be delivered on the 31st, expedited shipping is available for orders placed on Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon December 28th.

Charges for expedited shipping (3-Day Select, 2-Day and Next-Day) are computed and charged based on the actual weight and package dimensions. Charges are added to the invoice total. Please call 800.635.0274 if you wish to know these charges in advance.

No shipping is available Christmas day Tuesday December 25th or New Year's day Tuesday January 1st 2008.

General

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take a moment to review the item listing and shipping information to ensure it is correct. If a correction is needed, please reply to the e-mail with the correct information.

An additional e-mail will be sent to you when your transaction has been charged to your credit card.

U.S. Domestic Delivery:

• There is a $8.95 charge for shipping and handling on orders under $100 delivered to destinations in the lower 48 United States via our normal Priority Mail and UPS methods. There is no shipping or handling fee on orders over $100 delivered to destinations in the lower 48 United States via our normal Priority Mail and UPS methods.
• There is an additional charge for shipping on orders to Alaska and Hawaii. You will be notified via email of these charges.

• Special rates apply for rush delivery service and will vary depending on they type of delivery and the weight and dimensions of your order. Please call if you require rush delivery and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.

International Delivery:

• International orders may take longer to process and ship due to communication needs, and address & credit card verification procedures.
  
• Additional shipping charges may apply. You will be notified via email of your options for mailing and additional charges . You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no monetary penalty.
• Your country may apply a customs surcharge on imported products. It is your responsibility to know your country's customs policies.
• If your order is returned by your country's customs department, your account will NOT be credited UNTIL the package is returned in it's original condition to our shipping department.
• Shipping charges are not refundable on any returned item(s).
